Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness Practices

Teaching yoga, meditation, and mindful breathing is one of the greatest sources of joy in my life, and I absolutely love to share my passion for these practices with my students, family, and friends. I first started practicing with a meditation group in 2011 and took my first yoga class in 2013 when an injury sidelined me from running for many months. With regular practice, I quickly noticed improvements to my core strength, balance, flexibility, and mental health. I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Certification through Sid Yoga in Towson, MD, USA and started teaching vinyasa and hot power yoga in August 2016. I have since been continuing to expand my yoga teaching certifications to include other styles of yoga (see below) and maintain status as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance.

I also hold the following yoga teaching certifications:

  • Restorative and Chair Yoga (Ignite Power Yoga, May 2017)
  • 50 hour Trauma Informed Yoga (BodyWise Foundation, August 2018)
  • Yin Yoga (Nectar & Nurture, April 2023)
  • SUP Yoga (SUP Yoga Center, In Progress)

I offer in-person (local to the greater York, Pennsylvania, USA area) and virtual classes of 30 to 90 minutes in length.
