Consent, Release, & Liability Waiver I understand that there can be risks involved with yoga, meditation, and mindful breathing practices and that, before beginning any exercise program, I should consult with my physician. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform my instructor of any physical or mental health concerns that may affect my participation and to modify or request modifications for activities whenever needed. I release and hold harmless from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury to my person or property, including injury that could lead to my illness or death arising out of or connected with my participation in the above mentioned class(es), workshops, or private instruction, the use of any related services, equipment, or facilities provided by Fleet Feet or Joyful Loving Life LLC.
